EPC's provide a energy rating for a property and must meet the government set minimum rating. EPC's are required for the sale and rental of all residential dwellings

Smoke Alarm Testing

Smoke alarm testing is the testing of all hard wired or ceiling mounted smoke alarms within a residential dwelling. Annual Smoke Alarm Testing is legally required for certain properties or strongly advised by the Government for others.

Floor plan creation for any dwelling using the most up to date software including room sizes and location of amenities
